We are seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to become a part of our team! A qualified candidate must have at least 3 years of civil litigation experience: drafting complaints, motion practice, court experience, etc. Fields of practice include: commercial litigation, family law. personal injury litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to support legal proceedings
• Draft complaints, motions, court orders and other pleadings
• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
• Appear in court and argue motions
• Assist with Jury and bench trials
• Assist and help to prepare for depositions
• In person court appearances
• drafting appellate briefs

​​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in law
• Familiarity with various legal documents
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• At least three years of civil litigation or motion practice experience
