About the Role
We’re hiring a full-time Litigation Attorney to handle a wide range of civil litigation matters—from pre-litigation strategy to trial prep. The role is hybrid remote : work remotely most of the time with occasional in-office days in Irvine, CA for team meetings, depositions, or court prep.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a litigation caseload from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Handle court appearances, depositions, and mediations
Develop case strategy and communicate effectively with clients
Collaborate with internal team on legal research, trial prep, and deadlines
Stay current on relevant legal developments and civil procedure
Maintain accurate time entries and billing records
Requirements
2-5 years of civil litigation experience (business litigation preferred)
Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Confident in court and comfortable taking the lead on cases
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Able to work independently in a remote-first environment
Business-minded and client-focused in approach
