Compensation: $110,000 to $160,000, depending on experience, with additional performance-based bonuses tied to measurable results. Responsibilities: What You Will Do As a key member of our litigation team, you will take meaningful responsibility for your cases and actively participate in every phase of litigation, including: • Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda • Conducting in-depth legal research and persuasive legal writing • Preparing for and participating in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances • Collaborating with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation Qualifications: Who We Are Looking For We are seeking an attorney who: • Has 3-5 years of civil litigation experience, with exposure to depositions, hearings, and courtroom practice • Thinks strategically, communicates clearly, and takes initiative • Cares deeply about clients and the impact of their work • Works well in a team environment and values mentorship If you are ready to elevate your litigation career in a firm that values both skill and purpose, we would love to hear from you.
