Job Description
Sklar Law, LLC is a respected creditor's litigation firm with offices in Voorhees, NJ. Our practice areas include commercial litigation, collection litigation, bankruptcy litigation, Chapter 7 trustee representation and landlord tenant litigation.
We are looking for two (2) highly qualified and experienced civil litigation attorneys to join our staff:
Consumer Collection Attorney: 1-5 years civil litigation experience to handle consumer collection litigation. Must be admitted to NJ Bar (admission to PA bar, or ability to waive into PA highly desirable). Position requires strong oral and written communication skills. Must be dependable and self-motivated.
Commercial Collection/Bankruptcy Attorney: 3-7 years civil litigation experience. Experience in construction litigation, subrogation or bankruptcy litigation highly desirable. Must be admitted to NJ and PA bars. Excellent written and oral communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work independently and a part of a team required.
