Responsibilities: • Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and by organizing and managing case files. • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies. • Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information and maintain open lines of communication throughout the legal process. • Manage and maintain the firm's case management system, ensuring all documents and correspondence are accurately filed and easily accessible. • Prepare and organize exhibits, evidence, and other materials for court presentations, ensuring all items are ready for use during proceedings. • Monitor and manage deadlines for court filings, ensuring all submissions are timely and in accordance with court rules and procedures. Qualifications: • Experience in civil litigation, with a strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology. • Ability to draft, review, and manage legal documents with precision and attention to detail. • Proven track record of conducting thorough legal research to support case strategies. • Strong organizational skills to manage case files and ensure all documents are easily accessible. • Effective communication skills to coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts, maintaining open lines of communication. • Proficiency in using case management systems to maintain accurate records and track deadlines. • Ability to prepare and organize exhibits and evidence for court presentations, ensuring readiness for proceedings. Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 Base Plus Bonus
