    ** Summary**

    We are seeking a passionate, driven, detail-oriented legal professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation, but with a focus on discovery and judgment stages. Prior experience is required as this is not an entry level position. All candidates are subject to a 90-day trial period. Compensation is competitive and is commensurate with experience. This position is not hybrid. All employees are required to be in office 9 am to 5pm

    ** Primary Responsibilities**

    · Support attorneys and senior paralegal in all aspects of litigation and case management, including scheduling, discovery, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.

    • Draft, proofread, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, and correspondence.
    • Manage and organize case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
    • Coordinate with experts, clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
    • Oversee assistants and legal support staff, delegating tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Track litigation deadlines, hearings, and case milestones, maintaining proactive communication with the legal team.
    • Assist with document review, production, and trial exhibits.
    • Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review.
    • Communicate with clients, providing updates and ensuring excellent client service.
    • Collaborate with the team to improve workflow efficiency and case management processes.
    • Ability and willingness to communicate with clients via their preferred method (call, email, text, video conferencing)

    ** Qualifications**

    · Team-oriented leader with an ability to mentor and guide staff

    · Prior First Party Property litigation preferred

    · Preference will be given to candidates that speak both English and Spanish with expert fluency

    · Ability to work in the Austin, TX office

    · Proficient computer and writing skills
