    Civil Project Manager - Water/Wastewater Construction - Base Salary to 110k/year - Goldsboro, NC

    • Our client, a very well-established commercial / municipal / federal construction company is currently seeking a Civil Project Manager with 3+ years water/ wastewater experience to be based out of their Goldsboro / Jacksonville, NC territory.

    Responsibilities:

    • Schedule, manage, integrate, and purchase as directed by project managers, superintendents, foremen, and other company leadership
    • Safety & Risk Management
    • Assist Project Manager with report updates, tracking submittal process, maintain RFI logs & meeting agendas, review proposals & correspondence for conformance, maintain change orders, scheduling, & communication
    • Meet/ collaborate / follow up with owners, subcontractors and engineers
    • 50% time in office; 50% on job sites (within approx. 2-hour radius)

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management preferred
    • 3+ years water / wastewater construction project experience required
    • Planning, scheduling, scope of work, pricing, purchasing, negotiating experience
    • Ability to read/ understand drawings
    • Software proficiency: Microsoft, AutoCAD, Procore (or equivalent)
    • Ability to travel within a 2-hour radius for job sites
    • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States, for federal/military security projects

    Compensation:

    • Base salary in the 60k - 110k/year range
