    The CSA Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) engineering disciplines in support of industrial, energy, and infrastructure projects. This position provides technical leadership and oversight across the full engineering lifecycle, including feasibility studies, Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), detailed engineering, procurement support, construction, commissioning, and project turnover.

    The CSA Engineering Manager ensures that engineering deliverables are completed in accordance with project requirements, applicable codes and standards, and company engineering practices. This role collaborates closely with project management, procurement, construction, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project execution.

    The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and experience managing engineering teams within EPC or large capital project environments. The CSA Engineering Manager is responsible for coordinating multi-disciplinary engineering activities, managing engineering resources, supporting project delivery objectives, and maintaining high standards of engineering quality, safety, and compliance.

    · Provide leadership and oversight for civil, structural, and architectural engineering activities across multiple projects.

    · Manage CSA discipline engineering execution during feasibility, FEED, and EPC phases.

    · Coordinate engineering deliverables to ensure alignment with project scope, schedule, and cost objectives.

    · Review and approve engineering calculations, design packages, technical specifications, and drawings.

    · Establish engineering priorities, resource allocation, and staffing plans for CSA teams.

    · Lead design reviews, constructability assessments, and technical evaluations to ensure efficient project execution.

    · Ensure compliance with applicable engineering codes, regulatory requirements, and company standards.

    · Coordinate closely with project management, procurement, construction, and other engineering disciplines to integrate CSA engineering solutions.

    · Support vendor and contractor technical evaluations, including review of engineering submittals and technical bid packages.

    · Provide technical guidance and resolution of complex engineering issues during design, construction, and commissioning phases.

    · Monitor engineering performance against project schedules, budgets, and key performance indicators.

    · Mentor and develop engineering staff, supporting professional growth and technical competency within the CSA discipline.

    · Support procurement activities through technical input on vendor selections, equipment specifications, and contract documentation.

    · Provide engineering support during construction, including review of RFIs, field changes, and engineering clarifications.

    · Represent the CSA engineering discipline in project meetings and leadership discussions.

    Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations

    · Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

    Education, Experience, and/or Training

    · Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering required.

    · Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in civil, structural, or CSA engineering within industrial, energy, infrastructure, or EPC environments.

    · Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams supporting large capital projects.

    · Experience supporting FEED and EPC engineering execution preferred.
