CJ Pony Parts, Inc. is seeking energetic, customer service-oriented professionals with a drive to succeed.

Successful candidates will be responsible for assisting customers in the purchase of their auto parts by offering next-level customer service, knowledgeable and helpful conversation, and timely follow-through.

 Day to Day Responsibilities:  

• Handle incoming calls from customers who are placing orders, inquiring about products, returning product, etc. 
• Assist customers in our showroom. 
• Provide purchasing suggestions.  
• Enter and process orders/returns.  
• Answer questions/educate customers.  
• Follow up with customers regarding questions, issues with orders and complaints.

Job Requirements: 

• Comprehensive knowledge of customer service 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening) 
• Strong Microsoft Office skills 
• 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired. 
• AUTOMOTIVE KNOWLEDGE A PLUS, BUT NOT REQUIRED.
