compensation: Bi-Weekly compensation

pay: $18/hr - $25/hr depending on experience

employment type: contract 1099

Experience

Must have at least 2 years experience in related field

Reliable transportation

must have a active drivers license and a truck or van that can transport you

tools & materials.

Tool requirement

must have common hand and power tools available for use

Job Preview

Must be able to maintain lawns and trash clean up

Answer and fix maintenance calls for tenants with issues of their rental units

Perform clean outs when people move out of units

address property violations in a professional manner

Must be able to pick up products from venders to complete jobs

Skill Level

Electrical- must be knowledgeable in changing fixtures and/or electrical plugs and switches or possibly replacing bad breakers and trouble shooting.

Plumbing- must have the knowledge to trouble shoot clogged pipes and leaking fixtures as well as be able to install toilets and faucet fixtures

Carpentry- must be handy with framing and handling wood to construct task such as replacing steps for decks and repairing other damaged wood components.

Drywall- must be able to handle mudding and repairing drywall efficiently and appropriately

Painting- must be able to paint with a roller or sprayer and in a timely manner.

Equipment knowledge- Must be able to use mower and other lawn tools to complete lawn task.

These are all requirements for this position.
