    We are looking for an experienced pest control technician to join Clae Pest Control at our rapidly growing company. The technician will be joining a results-driven organization and will be a contributing member of the team. This position will require you to ensure that all customer's needs are met. The candidate will help our customers and the surrounding community remediate unwanted and invasive pest concerns. Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality pest management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to residential, industrial, institutional, and commercial customers • Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling pest matters • Seek opportunities for customer base growth • Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing pest management services • Develop and maintain records of field activities, such as but not limited to service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements • Collect payments from customers at the time of service, if applicable • Partner with call center and office staff to schedule/reschedule services, prioritize work, and arrange service calls as necessary Qualifications: • Must be at least 18 years old • High School Diploma/GED • Valid driver’s license • Experience in the home services industry is preferred • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. • Able to work in all types of weather conditions Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 yearly
