Responsibilities: • Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary • Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge • Reply to incoming calls from customers including product and service questions, general information, and complaints • Engage with homeowners, businesses, and community groups to educate them on the benefits of joining a community solar project • Generate new business opportunities through various channels, such as direct outreach, networking events, and referral programs • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and community stakeholders • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets Qualifications: • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
