Responsibilities: • Educate potential customers about the advantages of community solar and how it can reduce their energy costs while supporting clean energy initiatives. • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, door-to-door outreach, community events, and referrals. • Conduct initial consultations with potential customers to understand their energy consumption patterns and determine their eligibility for the program. • Provide personalized recommendations to customers based on their energy needs and preferences. • Assist customers with the enrollment process, including completing necessary paperwork and facilitating communication with utility companies. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and enrollment status. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and ongoing support. • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to customers. • Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. • Represent the Goldman Team in a professional manner and uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction and environmental sustainability. Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills • Previous work in a customer-facing position Compensation: 75000
