INTERN ROLE Technical Writer Has or working towards a degree in English, Technical Writing, Engineering or related field and/or Relevant experience in engineering, manufacturing or technical writing environments RESPONSIBILITIES Work on cross-functional and inter-disciplinary team projects to meet company goals Interface with internal customers and assist on various projects Research, compile and draft internal manuals and documents Research, compile, and draft external public manuals, documents, and posts Create and maintain document standards and version archives Create templates & style guides for reports, documentation, etc. Review and editing of existing documents Other duties as needed and assigned OTHER JOB DETAILS Work time: Full Time Work location: Onsite or remote but some onsite will be required. Length of Time: 3-month engagement with the possibility to extend. Hours/Supervision: flexible, once deliverables are set, our team will have regular checkpoints to monitor deliverables.
