Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties to evaluate loss and damage

• Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate

• Capture detailed photo documentation and complete clear inspection reports

• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier representatives

• Submit organized claim files that meet carrier guidelines and timelines

Requirements

• Active North Carolina adjuster license or approved home state license

• Working knowledge of Xactimate (or willingness to learn)

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
