Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties to assess damage
Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate
Capture thorough photo documentation and complete clear, detailed reports
Communicate professionally with policyholders and carrier partners
Submit claim files accurately and on time
Working knowledge of Xactimate or willingness to learn
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to complete field inspections independently
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Active North Carolina adjuster license or approved home state license
