As spring storm systems move through eastern Nebraska, this role offers consistent residential claim volume driven by wind, hail, and heavy rain events. What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties following spring storm activity

• Assess and document damages related to wind, hail, rain, and other covered losses

• Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate

• Capture clear photo documentation and detailed field notes

• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners

• Manage and submit complete claim files in a timely manner

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency with Xactimate

• Understanding of residential construction and common storm-related damages

• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Active home state adjuster license or ability to obtain
