Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Claims Analyst to review, evaluate, and manage claims in accordance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. This role involves analyzing claim documentation, coordinating between corporate and field teams, and supporting timely, accurate claim resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Review and evaluate claims for accuracy, validity, and policy/contract compliance
Analyze supporting documentation and identify discrepancies or missing information
Prepare clear claim summaries, findings, and resolution recommendations
Coordinate with internal departments, field personnel, external stakeholders, and customers
Track claim status and maintain complete, accurate records throughout the claim lifecycle
Support timely resolution while ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in underground construction administration
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
