You’ll handle the case file from start to finish with support from our team of highly skilled legal professionals. You should have excellent credentials, a minimum of 3 years of successful personal injury litigation along with trial case experience, and an authentic passion for helping people. Responsibilities: • Manage a team of personal injury paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary • Document and update the status of all case files in the case management system • Modify, review, and draft demand letters, pleadings, claims, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents • Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, supporting witnesses, and medical providers to gather information • Appear as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at mediations, trials, hearings, depositions, and litigation Qualifications: • State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatory • Up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, wrongful death, civil and family law, medical terminology, and medical malpractice is imperative • Proficiency in computers is vital • A bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree is required • A minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is necessary Compensation: $150,000 BOE
