    Claims Management Incorporated is a company that provides paralegal services for attorneys who handle cases for injured people who may have a case against the party that injured them. Claims Management prides itself on providing entry-level opportunities for people attempting to start a career in the personal injury/claims management field.

    We are less concerned with applicants’ experience in the field and more concerned with finding intelligent, motivated, talented individuals to bring on board. The professionals that make up the Claims Management team play a pivotal role in the services we provide to our clients.

    We are looking for paralegals/case managers to handle damage documentation, client contact, case management and other administrative tasks associated with management of a personal injury claim.

    The paralegal/case manager position performs a variety of services necessary to personal injury case management to include:

    · procurement and review of medical records

    · letter preparation

    · basic accounting

    · regular client contact

    · assurance that clients receive their insurance benefits

    · interface with attorney clients, their staff, and referral sources

    · additional tasks as required by the case

    BI OR MULTI-LINGUAL IS A HUGE PLUS

    No visible tattoos or facial piercings.

    MONTHLY BONUSES after 90 days . Our monthly bonuses over the past six months have ranged from approximately $300 to approximately more than $1000.

    Base pay starts at $13-16/hour, usually a raise after 90 days and annual raises to follow. Annual raises are based on individuals’ progress over the course of the year, not strictly length of tenure

    Health Insurance Allowance after 90 Days

    Matching IRA contributions (up to 3% of gross pay) after one year

    Paid vacation after one year
