    We have a top wealth management team who is looking for a Client Service Associate to join the team.

    As a Client Service Associate - Wealth Management, you will play a crucial role in managing and servicing clients' financial needs. They are seeking an individual who is not only licensed in securities (Series 63 and 7) and life, disability, and health insurance but also has a minimum of 5 years of direct experience in managing investment platforms. Additionally, expertise with ENV2 systems is highly desirable.

    Responsibilities

    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert guidance and personalized financial advice.
    • Investment Platform Management: Oversee and manage investment platforms, ensuring they are tailored to clients' individual financial goals and risk tolerance.
    • Proposal Creation: Create investment proposals, taking into account critical financial factors, market conditions, and clients' unique needs.
    • License Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant securities and insurance licensing requirements and regulations.
    • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of concern and develop strategies to mitigate risks effectively.
    • Continuing Education: Stay up-to-date with the latest financial industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
    • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and trends to make informed investment recommendations.
    • Client Education: Educate clients on various investment options and insurance products, explaining complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of operational experience in managing investment platforms
    • Series 7 & Series 63 securities license.
    • Familiarity with ENV2 systems is preferred.
    • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and analyze investment opportunities and risks.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
    • A commitment to delivering top-quality service and advice that aligns with clients' financial goals.

    Compensation Expectations

    • $50,000-70,000 base salary
