    Our Client continues to be the industry leader in healthcare mobile solutions. Our powerful mobile two-way texting platform is also helping Animal Health, Human Resources, Call Centers, Education, and many more industries improve their communication.

    Our client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. They are a SaaS company with a two-way text messaging platform built for the Healthcare space.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Work with our Sales Op Team to outline client marketing and reporting opportunities from Case Studies to new client reports to DH Presentations
    • Work directly with Senior management on executing marketing activities and outreach
    • Work directly with product services on identifying and executing product marketing internal and external collateral
    • Develop best-practice marketing templates for scalability - reporting, case studies, testimonials, etc.
    • Track and report on web analytics and KPIs including new targeted traffic, new contact forms, and bounce-rates
    • Organize marketing creative assets, content database and project calendar, and deliverables with key stakeholders
    • Review Google Ads and other SEO performance and identify improvement opportunities
    • Organize DH outreach marketing including email campaigns, LI, trade shows, and collateral
    • Identifying branding, marketing, and sales opportunities with the technology and healthcare sectors
    • Creating and administering automation tools to increase proficiency
    • Creating and administering marketing projects and campaigns
    • Track toward key performance indicators (KPIs) for both sales and marketing

    Job Requirements

    • 2 - 6 years of experience in Marketing and Product Marketing role (Coordinator or Manager level and salary will be dependent on your level of experience)
    • Bachelor's degree in communication, business, marketing, or related field
    • Self-starter who proactively finds the best solutions for the problem
    • Very organized, enjoy guiding projects and streamlining the way things are done
    • You have 2 years of experience conducting and trafficking marketing work, ideally at a SAAS company or agency that worked with SAAS
    • You are a problem solver with strong communication skills
    • You are tech savvy with a creative flair (familiarity with Canva, Wix, or other creative tools is a huge bonus)
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to ‘take charge' and direct resources as needed
    • Team player mentality
