    Compensation - $75,000-90,000 per year

    Our client is a dynamic, boutique wealth management firm in Raleigh, NC with a mission to educate the community on all things financial and empower others to live their best lives. They design a personalized plan and help clients execute it by safely navigating their financial journey and having meaningful adventures. The firm provides comprehensive financial planning, investment advisory solutions, education funding strategies, holistic wealth management, retirement planning, and risk management.

    They are adding an Executive Assistant to support the firm.

    Responsibilities

    • Anticipate the needs of the leader to allow for a seamless flow during the day
    • Outreach via phone to existing and potential clients (200 calls per week)
    • Scheduling meetings with the Wealth Management Advisor
    • Email follow-ups with prospects & existing clients as needed
    • Manage CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
    • Detailed notes from each call
    • Participate in leaders' meetings to take notes (if not present in the meeting, type up dictation from the leader)
    • Manage the flow of communication between the leader, team members, and stakeholders through the use of technology (CRM and Email mostly)
    • Read, monitor, and delegate the leader's email to the team when appropriate
    • Run point on the client & team experience: set reviews with teams and advisors, set meetings with potential new clients, and proactive communication with clients throughout all stages of the sales cycle
    • Organize and maintain client and business files
    • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
    • Research new client prospects and prospecting opportunities

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years of administrative work. Ideally in the financial planning field
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Extremely high attention to detail
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to multitask, set priorities, and meet deadlines
    • IT literacy including intermediate skills in Word for Windows and Microsoft PowerPoint
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality

    Compensation

    • $75,000-90,000 per year
