This position is responsible for all office recruiting efforts. Working with the Managing Director and the leadership team, develops strategies for all recruiting efforts, and proactively works with the community to share the career opportunity.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
RECRUITING & SELECTION
- Work with natural network of professionals to introduce them to a career at the firm
- Develop community connections
- Execute on recruiting plan
- Managing recruiting presence
- Master information and language regarding all aspects of the career and internship as well as each step of the selection process
- Manage the online recruiting presence
- Call all candidates to schedule initial meeting
- Conduct initial meeting
ACCOUNTABILITY & TRACKING
- Report weekly activity to leadership team
- Diligent use of Bullhorn (ATS)
- Participate in regular (weekly, monthly & quarterly) meetings with the leadership team
- Tracking and following up with quiet filed leads
COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND PERSONAL OBSERVATION
Participate in:
- Chamber of Commerce events
- BNI groups
- Misc. Networking Opportunities
QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of recruiting or sales experience
- Excellent communication skills required
- Well connected in the Greater Chicago Area
