  • Responsibilities

    This position is responsible for all office recruiting efforts. Working with the Managing Director and the leadership team, develops strategies for all recruiting efforts.

    The Recruiter is responsible for building and maintaining relationships across the office to help generate warm referrals.

    Duties may include, but are not limited to:

    RECRUITING & SELECTION

    • Master information and language regarding all aspects of the career and internship as well as each step of the selection process

    • Work with network office leadership team to determine full time goals & activity

    • Execute network office recruiting plan to reach activity and contract goals

    • Review all online resumes received to determine eligibility for screening interviews

    • Participate in necessary career fairs

    • Manage and implement potential advertising and promotions

    • Manage the online recruiting presence

    • Call all candidates to schedule initial meeting

    ACCOUNTABILITY & TRACKING

    • Report weekly activity to leadership team

    • Diligent use of Bullhorn (ATS)

    • Participate in regular (weekly, monthly & quarterly) meetings with the leadership team

    • Tracking and following up with quiet filed leads

    COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND PERSONAL OBSERVATION

    • Chamber of Commerce events

    • BNI groups

    • Misc. Networking Opportunities

    CAMPUS RECRUITING

    • Master presentation material to conduct class/club talks

    • Participate in campus career fairs and career center programs

    • Manage and implement campus advertising and promotions

    • Work with the leadership team to coordinate campus recruiting efforts

    MISCELLANEOUS

    • Work with the leadership team to coordinate recruiting efforts

    • Maintain sufficient inventory of all recruiting materials & supplies needed

    • Assist in continuous development of network office's recruiting program

    • Develop programs/contests as needed to enhance recruiting results in partnership with the Managing Partner

    • Provide support to leadership team members for recruiting & selection efforts

    QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

    • Bachelor's degree preferred

    • Three years of recruiting or sales experience

    • Excellent communication skills required
