Our client is a fast-growing Silicon Valley start-up (supported ten Fortune 2000 clients within the first year, 150+ customers, 20%+ growth month over month). The company is led by a Silicon Valley 40 under 40 and a former Sr. Executive from Cisco. They are currently seeking an Executive Assistant with a strong social media background to support both the CEO and COO.
This role will begin with 20-25 hours a week, ideally moving to full-time after 90 days.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage LinkedIn handles for company and executives - Follow a step-by-step process to connect with people, send them thank-yous, comment on their posts, and put them on MailChimp
- Schedule meetings and manage CEO and COO calendars - Make calls and manage emails to set up meetings
- Manage company blog - Content will be adapted from a podcast
REQUIREMENTS
- Four-year college degree preferred
- Experience in administrative support role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills and ability to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to proactively identify what needs to be accomplished and take action as appropriate
- Proven experience with social media, specifically LinkedIn
Compensation: $20-$25/ hour
