    The Client Service Specialist position provides client service support to the firms' clients and assists with administrative support in the day-to-day operations of the firm. They are also responsible for completing assigned projects and work closely with the Advisory and Client Services teams. The Client Service Specialist focuses on day-to-day operations to deliver on the Transformational Advisory Group client experience utilizing the Transformational Advisory Group Client Experience Process.

    This position requires a pro-active approach and an ability to independently carry out the duties of the position. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, good judgment, and an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. The ability to effectively manage time and multi-task with attention to detail is critical to this role.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    Client and Firm Engagement

    • Provides administrative support as needed, including greeting clients, managing client contacts and scheduling, booking travel, producing financial reports, and creating presentation materials
    • Maintains and retains office files consistent with firm/professional policies and requirements
    • Supports marketing and client events as requested including newsletters, blog, social, website, communications, office events, etc.
    • Conducts other administrative related tasks and projects as needed
    • Facilitates client paperwork completion
    • Provides quality review of client requests and submits to Wells Fargo for processing
    • May specialize in single areas such as compliance, HR, marketing, retirement plan services, or financial planning functions.
    • Mentor/trains associates
    • Steps down to other roles as necessary

    Advisory

    • Attends periodic Client Prep meetings, ensuring Advisory and Client Services teams are ready and prepped for upcoming client meetings
    • Supports and completes back-office requests including new account opening, account maintenance request, and client requests
    • Accountable for client relationships managed and client process within the Client Service Specialist responsibilities including delivery of the TAG Client Experience.
    • Leads back-office support initiatives and/or core projects that support Advisory teams
    • Gathers and prepares necessary information for advisory meetings with clients.
    • Provide trading and portfolio support / functionality as directed.

    Compliance

    • Supports Compliance to maintain an effective and robust investment advisory compliance program
    • Conducts certain compliance program tests
    • Performs other compliance related tasks and projects as assigned

    Experience and Education

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Pursuing Series 7, 66 and/or FPQP (Financial Planning Qualified Paraplanner) Certification or similar
    • 3-6 years in Client Service Role

    Skills and Knowledge

    • Subject Matter Expert in Client Service Roles
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
    • Knowledge of wealth management operations, regulations, compliance, and oversight
    • Demonstrates personal integrity, honesty and can deal with confidential information daily
    • Ability to handle stress in an ever-changing investment market
    • Excellent time management and strong organizational skills
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and anticipate potential problems

    Compensation
