Training for a skilled carpenter to become one of our Lead Carpenters generally takes 3 to 4 months to complete. Also, the Company Truck it is not for personal use outside of commuting and work Responsibilities: What Your Role Will Be Like at Clar Construction: As a Lead Carpenter, you will be in charge of the oversight and management of specific Client Projects. In this role, you will: • Lead Project Planning and assist in the Estimation process. • Be the Primary Point of Contact with the Client to ensure a professional experience from start to finish during their project. • Manage Project Timelines & Schedules to coordinate efficiently with the Client, Your Team and the Subcontractors to ensure smooth execution. • Balance Hands-On Work with Strategic Oversight , maintaining our reputation for top-tier quality and craftsmanship. • Be a Mentor and Help Train the carpenters you manage by sharing your expertise and helping to ensure that all work that is done lives up to the standards we set at Clar Construction. Qualifications: Who We're Seeking: • An Expert Carpenter with 5+ Years of Experience in Residential Remodeling • A Natural Leader who can motivate and inspire the team they manage • A Professional, with seasoned Communication Skills , who can manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction. • An Innovative Thinker who values solutions and proactive problem-solving.
