Key Responsibilities:

• Configuration and Setup: Initiate the configuration and setup of the Braze CRM platform according to our business requirements. Ensure the system is optimized for performance and aligned with our marketing goals.

• Campaign Creation and Management: Design, create, and manage engaging and personalized marketing campaigns. Utilize Braze's capabilities to its fullest to enhance customer engagement, retention, and overall experience.

• Data Synchronization: Ensure seamless integration and synchronization of data between Braze and other systems (e.g., CRM, databases, and analytics platforms). Maintain data integrity and accuracy across all platforms.

• Customization and Integration: Customize the Braze platform to fit our unique business needs. Integrate with third-party services and APIs to enhance functionality and achieve superior marketing outcomes.

• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance. Use insights gained from data to optimize future campaigns, improving efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align strategies and optimize customer journeys. Stay ahead of CRM trends and suggest innovative solutions to meet business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Braze CRM platform, including setup, campaign management, and data integration.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement strategies.
• Experience with programming languages such as SQL and knowledge of API integrations.
• Excellent analytical skills with an ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making.
• Strong communication and project management skills, with an ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
