    This is a full-time role as an over-the-road Territory Sales Leader at Clark Equipment Rental & Sales. We need someone who has the ability to make friends with a rock and recognize and solve problems on the horizon. • Are you ready for a new challenge? This role is based in the Syracuse, NY area, with the flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities: The Territory Sales Leader will be responsible for: • Managing day-to-day sales operations • Building and maintaining customer relationships • Ensuring customer satisfaction This is a perfect blend of hunting and farming. Steady cash flow from rental-sale commissions with the big pops of machine-sale commissions. Repeat, business-to-business sales, with heavy commission rewards for growing/expanding the business. Qualifications: • Sales and Sales Operations skills • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Must be able to make friends with a rock, and see around corners, recognize problems on the horizon • Ability to work independently and remotely • Experience in the heavy equipment or construction equipment industry is a plus, but not a requirement • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus, but not necessary • Valid driver's license Compensation: $120,000 - $175,000 yearly
