    We’re in search of a detail-oriented Dental Team Leader to oversee our daily operations, supervise administrative and clinical staff, and ensure our business runs efficiently and patients have a great experience. Responsibilities: • Measure and manage an administrative and clinical team and ensure office protocols are effective and being followed • Support administrative team where needed • Present treatment plans and financial options to patients • Understand dental procedures, treatment options terminology • Know how dental insurance works, and manage insurance payment denials • Manage patient and team scheduling • Recruit, interview help onboarding with fresh team members • Monitor inventory of office supplies budgeting • Act as business liaison with Dr. Clark • Establish patient rapport • Assist with the practice Marketing • Ensure we are reaching our Practice Mission Qualifications: • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills • 2 years of Dental experience • Proven experience as an Administrative Manager • Proficient with MS Office and comfortable with technology and other computer software • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • A team player with leadership skills • Possess an attitude that is focused on excellent customer service • Independent, self-motivated yet also able to work in a team environment successfully • Ability to work with Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat to assist our marketing coordinator • Utilizes effective problem-solving skills intense situations • Driven to succeed Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 DOE plus bonus
