We are seeking CONSUMER BANKRUPTCY ATTORNEYS & PARALEGALS IN OUR KNOXVILLE TN & NASHVILLE TN OFFICES.

Responsibilities (ATTORNEY):

• Meeting with clients and assessing their financial situations;
• Court appearances on behalf of the clients;
• Review of cases for accuracy and legal viability;
• Resolving issues for clients originated by the U.S. Trustee;
• Research and draft pleadings;
• Communicate with courts, trustees, opposing counsel and other local law firms in order to represent the client well,
• Perform other related duties as assigned

​ Qualifications (ATTORNEY):

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Comfortable in handling multiple responsibilities with multiple clients
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Previous bankruptcy experience and/or admission to the Eastern or Middle District of TN preferred, but not required, we will train the right candidate
