    Job Description

    We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant! You will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of multiple clienteles along the Kona coast. Individual must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, have computer knowledge, have strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Bookkeeping for multiple types of entities ranging from retail to construction clients.
    • Review, track, process, and file necessary reports, returns and miscellaneous documents
    • Perform administrative support functions such as answering phones and customer service
    • Perform multiple A/R and A/P functions and cash handling.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in accounting, or other related fields are a plus
    • Knowledge of Excel, Word, and QuickBooks are a plus
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Ability to work under pressure

    Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
