JOB SUMMARY:
Enthusiastic professional needed to provide great Customer Service on and off the phone. Successful candidates are organized, able to perform in a fast-paced environment, and able to efficiently multi-task.
Skills / Requirements: • 2 years customer service/call center or dispatch experience preferred • HVAC, Plumbing knowledge • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented • Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills including creative problem solving • Professional attitude, enthusiastic, and reliable • Inbound and Outbound sales experience • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team • Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize within set deadlines • Handle customer concerns, and maintain a positive demeanor • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and background check • Bilingual a plus
