Position Overview:
Claros Technologies is primarily focused on the research, development, scale-up, and commercialization of its PFAS destruction technology. We are seeking a mission-driven, collaborative individual to serve in a key leadership role within the organization, responsible for selling our PFAS technology and analytical lab services to customers. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be tasked as a member of the senior management team to lead the business development team through a strategic approach to sales and partnership development. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who can lead high-level strategic planning, develop strong network connections, and coach a team of business development professionals in achieving milestones critical to implementing a strong go-to-market strategy.

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record of at least 10 years in partnerships, business development, or strategic roles within the industry technology, water treatment, and/or remediation sector Bonus points for experience with persistent pollutants such as PFAS.
Proven track record of at least 10 years driving partnerships, business development, or strategic implementation within related industries, including but not limited to, water treatment and/or remediation. Relevant experience with persistent pollutants such as PFAS, a plus.
Prior experience successfully negotiating strategic partnerships, joint ventures, or similar collaborations.
Prior experience leading a business development or related function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with quickly shifting priorities.
