    JOB SUMMARY

    We are searching for a talented and successful Project Engineer who wants to be a part of significant construction projects in the SF Bay Area. You will have the opportunity to work on landmark projects that you will be proud of.

    Reporting to the Vice President of Field Operations, the Project Engineer will be responsible for participating in many facets of the construction process such as submittals, project schedules, meetings, job safety, and maintain all logs and punch lists. This role will be involved from the beginning of the construction process through end.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum two years’ experience as a Project Engineer with on-site project supervision
    • New Construction experience: Wood frame, Concrete Tilt up, Concrete poured in place/stressed, Podium, Steel frame, One to five story construction
    • Seismic and Structural Retrofit experience: URM retrofit, Concrete structure, Steel structure, Wood structure
    • Must be proactive and can take initiative
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong organization and communication skills.
    • Ability to work within a team environment and meet project milestones on time
    • Timely communicate information among all project team members including owners
    • Provide any additional support required for successful completion of the project
    • Recognize, report, and solve problems in a creative, positive, and constructive way
