POSITION DETAILS

• Base Shifts: Regional
• Tractor Type: Assigned or slip seat
• Parking: JMC DC / Coppell, TX
• Work Week Start: Sunday or Monday and home Friday/Saturday
• Home Time: Weekly or Daily, depending upon assigned route
• Pay Type: Mileage
• Pay Scale: $0.47/mile , $50 per stop off , $200 per trailer
• Additional Pay: $200 per day during training
• Pay Increase: TBD
• Bonus: NA
• Holiday Pay: Average of prior 52 weeks
• Vacation Pay: Average Pay prior 52 weeks
• Guarantee Pay:
• Rider Policy: per company policy
• Pet Policy: no pets
• Accessorial: $50 per stop / $200 Trailer unload / when on a local route and not using a helper + $200
• Other Requirements: 3-4 weeks of training post-hire
• Average Weekly Miles/hours: Average Weekly pay $1,998
• Top 10% Weekly hours or miles / Top 10% Weekly Pay: $3,033 depending on route and proficiency
• Driver Unload: 100% unload w/hand truck and ramp
• Job Description: Route driver openings handling regional store deliveries. Most commonly home weekly on Friday/Saturday, could possibly be home more depending on the route assignment. 100% driver unload, mostly night deliveries. $0.47/mi / $50/stop & $200/trailer.

REQUIREMENTS

• CDL Class A required
• 2+ years experience preferred
• Clean driving record
• Ability to handle physical demands of unloading
