    We're currently hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for solo OR mentor opportunities based within 90 miles of Laredo, TX

    If you're looking for consistent miles, competitive pay, and no-touch freight, we'd love to speak with you. Drivers can choose to run solo or become a mentor to enhance their pay.

    Position Highlights

    • Solo OTR routes with drivers typically out 7-10 days
    • Home time between trips
    • 100% no-touch freight

    • Consistent miles and year-round freight

    Pay

    • Earn $0.70 CPM or more , based on experience
    • Weekly pay
    • Additional performance incentives may be available

    Qualifications

    • Valid Class A CDL
    • Minimum 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience
    • Must live within 90 miles of Laredo, TX
    • Must be at least 21 years old
    • Must meet all DOT qualification requirements
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States

    CDL-A Driver Trainer (Mentor) | OTR | Earn Up to $0.90+ CPM

    Are you an experienced CDL-A driver who enjoys helping others succeed?

    We're looking for Driver Trainers (Mentors) to work with new drivers while continuing to earn strong miles and competitive pay.

    What You'll Do

    As a Driver Trainer, you'll work one-on-one with student drivers as they complete their required over-the-road training. Trainers receive priority dispatch and have access to additional pay opportunities while helping new drivers build safe driving habits.

    Schedule

    • Typically out 11 days
      • 1 day observation
      • 10 qualifying training days
    • Many trainers choose to take home time or run solo between trainees
    • Priority miles available throughout training assignments

    Pay

    • Starting at $0.70 CPM , based on experience
    • +$0.10 CPM training pay
    • +Up to $0.10 CPM productivity pay
    • Additional bonus opportunities available

    New CDL graduates are encouraged to apply! We offer paid training, including over-the-road training with an experienced mentor, to help you build your experience and confidence. Drivers new to the industry will start at $0.35 CPM during training and until they reach 3 months of experience. Once 3 months of experience has been completed, drivers will be eligible for an upgrade to our standard solo pay starting at $0.70 CPM
