Run longer freight lanes without giving up a weekly trip home. LEM Trucking is hiring for a Class A CDL Truck Driver position in Little Rock, Arkansas, hauling temperature controlled freight on established nationwide routes.

This fleet is built around longer runs that allow drivers to accumulate productive mileage throughout the week. Dispatch coordinates freight across the network while maintaining a schedule that returns drivers home each week for their reset.

Refrigerated Freight Operation

Loads are 100 percent no touch, so drivers are not responsible for physically loading or unloading customer freight. The operation includes both drop and hook assignments and scheduled live load or unload appointments depending on the route.

A Class A CDL Truck Driver should be comfortable operating nationwide and managing refrigerated freight while following customer and company procedures for temperature controlled loads.

Weekly Pay and Position Details

• $1,300 to $1,500 average weekly earnings

• Home every week for scheduled time off

• 100 percent no touch refrigerated freight

• Nationwide long haul routes with consistent dispatch

• Additional detention, layover, and stop pay when applicable

Weekly earnings are based on mileage and verified driving experience. Qualified drivers may also have access to a weekly minimum pay program and applicable bonus opportunities.

Equipment and Benefits

Each Class A CDL Truck Driver operates a late model tractor with an automatic transmission while pulling refrigerated trailers. Equipment is maintained on a regular service schedule, and many tractors include power inverters and modern sleeper configurations. Approved drivers may be able to park equipment at home when secure parking is available.

Class A CDL Truck Driver Requirements

Applicants must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL and a minimum of three months of tractor trailer driving experience. Candidates must meet DOT qualification standards and successfully complete required background and drug screening.
