About the Position
Our company is hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a regional dry van operation serving the Southwest. This position offers weekly home time, regional freight, and a mileage-based pay package with additional incentive opportunities.
Driver Schedule
- Regional Southwest routes
- Home weekly with a scheduled 34-hour restart
- Average 2,200+ miles per week
Freight Information
- Dry van trailers
- Driver unload not required
- Primarily drop-and-hook freight
Pay Package
- $0.53 CPM on all dispatched miles (loaded and empty)
- Additional $0.01–$0.03 CPM safety incentive
- Additional $0.01 CPM for drivers with a Hazmat endorsement (endorsement not required)
- Weekly pay by direct deposit
Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A commercial vehicle in accordance with DOT regulations
- Deliver freight safely and on schedule
- Complete vehicle inspections before and after trips
- Maintain electronic logs and trip documentation
- Communicate with dispatch regarding load status
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must meet DOT qualification requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Additional Hiring Information
Drivers who have successfully completed the FMCSA SAP Return-to-Duty process may be considered if all SAP requirements have been completed and verifiable Class A driving experience has been obtained after completing the SAP program. All applicants must meet company hiring guidelines.
