Location

• Must live within 50 miles of Hannibal, MO

Pay

• $1,200 to $1,500 per week

• Paid weekly (every Friday, direct deposit)

• Detention: $5/hr after 2 hours

• Per Diem: Optional $0.14/mile

• Annual pay increases

• Referral Bonus: $1,500 (paid $750 at hire, $750 at 90 days)

Home Time & Schedule

• Home weekly (weekends)

• Monday through Friday

• Occasionally home on Saturdays

• Regional lanes across IL, IN, Western OH, Southern MI, and MO

• Average Miles: 2,000–2,300/week

Freight & Duties

• Dry Bulk Pneumatic (mostly cement)

• Driver assists loading and is responsible for offloading

• 0% drop & hook

• 0% no-touch (hands-on freight)

• 75% Hazmat loads

Equipment

• 2020+ Mack & International tractors

• Cruise: 68 MPH

• Pedal: 65 MPH

• Assigned trucks (some slip-seat)

• ELD: Peoplenet

• No APU ; inverters vary by fleet

• PrePass / EZ Pass: Yes

• Fuel Card: WEX

• Take truck home: Case-by-case (must be at a secure, approved location)

Parking

• Onsite at customer or another secure, pre-approved location

Route Overview

• Loads out of Quincy

• Runs to Southern MI → OH → back to MO

• Consistent weekly loop

Orientation & Training

• Online Orientation: 2.5–3 hours

  • Includes CDL/Medical Card/SS upload, policy review, recurrent HM training

  • $200 paid (on first check following hire)

• Onsite Training:

  • 5 days in Jacksonville FL (dry bulk) or Fenton MO (liquid)

  • Pay: $120/day

  • Includes 1.5–2 days classroom, road test, equipment intro

• Road Training:

  • Dry Bulk: 5–7 days , $120/day

  • Liquid (6+ months exp): 1 week ($120/day Week 1, $200/day Week 2)

  • Liquid (no exp): 2 weeks (same pay structure)

• Travel, Lodging, Meals:

  • Flight or rental car reimbursed

  • Hotel provided (private room)

  • Breakfast & lunch included during onsite training

Requirements

• 21+ years old

• Experience:

  • 6 months recent tractor-trailer

  • OR 1 year within last 3 years

• Medical Card: Must be current (valid 3+ months)

• Drug Test: Urine + hair

• Endorsements:

  • Tanker required

  • Hazmat required if job needs it

  • TWIC preferred

• Passport: Must have or be eligible/willing to obtain

Driving & Background Requirements

• ≤ 3 moving violations (3 yrs)

• ≤ 6 jobs (3 yrs)

• No DOT-recordable within 1 year

• No major moving violations (last 6 months)

• DUIs: Max 2 lifetime; first must be 5+ yrs old

• No felonies in last 7 years (no violent/sexual ever)

• No current probation/parole

• No pets or passengers
