Job Title : OTR System Driver (Dry Van)

Position Overview :
We're seeking dedicated OTR (Over-the-Road) drivers to join our team. This position offers weekly home time and a consistent pay structure, making it perfect for drivers who want a stable yet flexible driving career. You'll be operating a dry van with no-touch freight, and 65% of your loads will be drop-and-hook, allowing for efficient runs across a wide range of states.

Key Responsibilities :

• Freight Type : Dry van, no-touch freight, with 65% drop-and-hook.
• Operating Areas : Nationwide coverage, primarily across Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Missouri, Kansas, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont.

Compensation :

• Mileage Pay : Starting at $0.53 per mile.
• Northeast Premium Pay : An additional $0.25 per mile for loads that finalize in Northeast states.
• Holiday Pay : $150.00 per day.
• Vacation Pay : Average weekly pay based on the prior 6 months (refer to GC Benefits tab for details).
• Accessorial Pay : Includes high-value pay ($0.04 per mile), tolls, stop pay, wait pay, layover pay, hazmat pay, and additional pay for NYC and Canada deliveries (refer to CO Benefits tab for full details).
• Utilization Bonus : Earn additional bonuses for meeting mileage goals: * 9,000 miles/month: $0.03 per mile * 10,000 miles/month: $0.06 per mile * 11,000 miles/month: $0.09 per mile
• Guarantee Minimum Pay : 1,500 miles per week.

Average Mileage and Pay :

• Average Weekly Miles : 2,091 miles
• Top 25% Weekly Miles : 2,637 miles
