REQUIREMENTS

• MUST HAVE Class A CDL

• MUST HAVE obtained Class A within the past 12 months

• MUST NOT have more than 3 months exp with any other carrier

-no SAP drivers

-must live within 90 miles of Memphis

TRAINING/JOB DETAILS

-orientation in Springdale, AR with transportation and hotel provided

-$100 stipend given for food

**_Mentor Training-_*

-minimum of 10 days

-paid $75/day

-after completion, routed back to AR to complete testing, then upgraded to a solo driving position

-OTR solo position, runs all 48 states - out 7-10 days

_PAY & BENEFITS _

-pay upon completion of training starts at 0.35cpm, then increases to 0.50cpm upon completion of 3 months safe solo driving

-raises to 0.55cpm after 1 year

-breakdown pay: $40 after 24 hours

-dry van trailers

-2500+ miles per week

-vacation time after 1 year

-passenger policy, but no pets

-paid holidays off ($100 each)
