  • Responsibilities

    Qualifications:

    • At least 3 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
    • Drivers must be at least 21 Years of Age.
    • Must have a current Medical Card, and an In-state Class A License.
    • Must live within commuting distance from Raymore, MO.

    Job Details:

    • Average Weekly Pay : $1,800-$2,000 weekly.
    • Sign-On Bonus: $1,000.
    • Home time: Weekly for a 34-hour reset
    • Shifts: Early morning delivery times, driving either the night before or in the early morning.
    • Average Miles per week: 2,300 miles per week.
    • Operating area: Regional
    • Type of Trucks: Kenworth, Freightliners, or Internationals - All newer models.

    This is a Home Weekly with 80% of the driver's home on weekends.

    $1000 Sign-on Bonus!!! $500 paid out after 1st load, $500 paid at the end of 30 days of employment.

    Unload pay, Backhaul pay, Stop pay.

    Drivers unload using electronic pallet jacks and rollers- Store employees unload into the stores.

    Full Benefits available with matching 401K options and paid weekly.

    Drivers average between $1,800-$2000 weekly. With all other company incentives, this is the best overall pay package in the industry.

    Equipment is late model Kenworth, Freightliners, or Internationals, depending on when you come in.

    As a Dedicated regional CDL A Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer to transport goods across the region. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, your core skills in commercial driving and truck operation will be essential for timely deliveries. You will utilize premium skills such as handling manual transmissions and refrigerated trailers, while also applying relevant experience in load and unload procedures. The organization expects you to maintain high safety standards and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction throughout your routes.
