Class A Dedicated Local Driver - No Touch - Home Daily

POSITION DETAILS

• Average Weekly Pay: ~$1,300/week (running 1,600 miles, 5 days on / 2 days off, after 90-day ramp-up)
• Top Performers: Over $1,500/week
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 (paid out over first 180 days)
• Home Time: Home daily with consistent 48-hour resets (same two days off every week)
• Delivery Area: VA, NC, MD, PA, and WV
• Average Miles: 1,600-1,700 miles per week
• Routes Per Day: Approximately 2 routes per working day (11-14 hour shift)
• Freight Type: Mixture of dry and refrigerated no-touch, live unload grocery freight
• Stop Pay: $20 per stop
• Minimum Mileage Pay: Shorter routes paid on minimum mileage band scale (whichever is greater — mileage pay or band pay)
• Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off; start times between noon and midnight; weekends required
• Equipment: Slip-seat operation in newer model day cabs
• Part-Time Option: 11-29 hours per week with flexibility to choose shifts Friday through Sunday nights (not eligible for vacation pay)
• Support: Tenured 24/7 operations staff and shop support
• Vacation:
• 1 Year: 1 week
• 2 Years: 2 weeks
• 7 Years: 3 weeks
• 10 Years: 4 weeks

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have 3 Months Class A Driving Experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• No SAP violations in the past 5 years
• Must pass DOT physical and drug test
• Must have personal transportation to and from the distribution center daily
• Must prioritize safety with exceptional customer service skills
• Must be willing to work afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays
