  • Responsibilities

    Looking for a Class A position that gets you home every day? We're hiring experienced drivers for a local dedicated fleet based in Rialto, California.

    Drivers operate set lanes throughout Southern California with occasional runs to Las Vegas. Freight is 100% no-touch and drop-and-hook , with approximately 1,400 miles per week.

    What to Expect

    This is a six-day-per-week local operation with drivers returning home daily.

    Most routes operate throughout Southern California, with occasional loads to Las Vegas, Nevada.

    Schedule

    Drivers generally start between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM and work approximately 10–12 hours per shift.

    This fleet operates six days per week and includes weekend work, so applicants should be comfortable with a schedule that may include Saturdays and Sundays.

    Drivers on this account currently average approximately:

    $1,371 per week / $71,318 annualized

    Top-performing drivers have reached approximately:

    $1,832 per week / $95,296 annualized

    Compensation includes the account's applicable mileage/ring pay structure and bonus incentives. Actual earnings vary based on routes, miles, schedule, and applicable incentives.

    Driver Requirements

    Applicants must:

    • Hold a valid Class A CDL
    • Have at least 3 months of qualifying tractor-trailer experience
    • Meet applicable DOT and company hiring requirements
    • Be able to work the required six-day schedule, including weekends
    • Have reliable transportation to commute to the Rialto-area yard each workday

    This is a local position, so drivers must report to the yard for their scheduled shifts.

    • SAP Drivers: We have select regional and OTR opportunities available for drivers who have successfully completed the SAP program.
