Local CDL A Driver - Dedicated Fleet**

Job Description

• 1300 miles per week.•

On this fleet Drivers will load and unload their trailers

using an electric pallet jack, and reload returns back to the distribution center.

Routes & Territory

• Deliveries throughout the State of VA and MD.

Equipment

• All trucks equipped with automatic transmission,

pulling 53' trailers.• Drivers will need a personal vehicle to commute to the Lidl facility daily.

Orientation

• Remote or Ono PA

Schedule

• Home Daily. 2 consecutive days off per week.

• 5 day work schedule including weekends.

• Typical shifts are 12-14 hours with start times between 1900 and 2100 hours.

Compensation

• Average Weekly: $1,671

• Average Annualized: $86,892

• Top 10% Weekly: $1,735

• Top 10% Annualized: $90,220

• Stop Pay: $25 per stop

• Supplemental: $0 per week

• Notes: Average of 20 to 26 stops per week. $55 load pay.

Load Pay $55 per trailer.

• Detention Pay: $0 per hour

• 5-Day Mentor Pay: $168 per day
