We are currently adding drivers to an OTR fleet offering opportunities for experienced solo drivers, qualified Driver Mentors, and newer CDL holders who still need to build experience.
All positions offer consistent OTR freight, weekly pay, and home time between runs.
Stay solo and run consistent OTR freight without driver unload.
Experienced drivers typically spend 10–14 days on the road before returning home between trips.
Pay: $0.45–$0.55 CPM based on qualifying experience
You'll also have:
Qualified drivers can choose to become a Driver Mentor and earn additional compensation while helping newer CDL holders gain OTR experience.
Mentor assignments generally last around 11 days per student.
While actively mentoring, eligible drivers may earn:
$0.55–$0.65 CPM base pay
+ $0.10 CPM mentor compensation
+ Up to $0.10 CPM productivity compensation
Additional mileage and performance incentives may also apply.
Mentoring is optional. Drivers can return to solo operation or take available home time between students rather than continuously accepting training assignments.
You don't need three months of experience to apply.
Qualifying new Class A CDL holders can enter a training program that combines initial instruction with OTR training alongside an experienced mentor.
Drivers with less than three months of qualifying experience earn $0.35 CPM while training and building experience.
Once three months of qualifying experience has been obtained, drivers may become eligible to move into the experienced pay range of $0.55–$0.65 CPM , based on applicable qualifications and experience.
You must:
Drivers applying directly for Solo or Mentor positions must have at least 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
New CDL holders may be considered for available training opportunities.
