Responsibilities: • Transport goods safely and efficiently across designated routes, ensuring timely deliveries. • Maintain accurate records of cargo, mileage, and fuel consumption to support operational transparency. • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring all safety protocols are adhered to. • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to provide updates and address any concerns. • Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies, promoting a culture of safety and responsibility. • Manage time effectively to optimize delivery schedules and meet customer expectations. • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in service delivery and efficiency. Qualifications: • Must own and operate a well-maintained tractor (Class A required). • Valid CDL Class A with at least 2 years of verifiable experience. • Clean MVR and current Medical Card (MVR/H6 within 30 days). • Minimum age of 23 years, and must meet insurance requirements. • Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safe driving practices. • Reliable, professional, and committed to consistent communication with dispatch. Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 yearly
