  • Responsibilities

    Full-Time | Regional Dry Van

    We are accepting applications for experienced CDL-A drivers to join a regional fleet operating throughout the Southwest. This position offers weekly home time, no-touch freight, and consistent regional miles.

    Driver Fact Sheet

    Route

    • Southwest regional operation
    • Weekly home time with a scheduled 34-hour restart
    • Average 2,240+ miles per week

    Freight

    • Dry van trailers
    • No-touch freight
    • Primarily drop-and-hook loads

    Pay

    • $0.53 CPM on all dispatched miles (loaded and empty)
    • Safety incentive: +$0.01 to +$0.03 CPM
    • Additional +$0.01 CPM for drivers with a Hazmat endorsement (endorsement not required)
    • Driver Pay Protection Program available
    • Weekly pay by direct deposit

    Responsibilities

    Drivers are responsible for safely transporting freight throughout the assigned operating area while complying with DOT regulations and company policies. Duties include vehicle inspections, maintaining electronic logs, and communicating with dispatch throughout each trip.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Valid Class A CDL
    • Minimum 6 months of recent Class A tractor-trailer experience
    • Must be 21 years of age or older
    • Must meet DOT qualification requirements
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States

    Additional Hiring Information

    Drivers who have successfully completed the FMCSA SAP Return-to-Duty process may be considered if all SAP requirements have been completed and verifiable Class A driving experience has been obtained after completing the SAP program. All applicants must meet company hiring guidelines.
