Pay

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,200–$1,500

• Pay Type: Practical miles

• Pay Frequency: Weekly (Fridays, Direct Deposit)

• Annual Pay Increase: Yes

• Detention Pay: $5/hour after 2 hours

• Per Diem: Optional $0.14/mile

Referral Bonus: $1,500 total

Route Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, home weekends (may return Saturday)

• Home Time: Weekly

• Typical Route: Loads in Quincy; runs into Southern Michigan, Ohio, and back

• Freight: Pneumatic Dry Bulk (mostly cement)

  • Driver assists with loading

  • Driver is responsible for offloading

• Drop & Hook: 0%

• No Touch: 0% (all touch freight)

• Hazmat: 75% of loads

Driver Requirements

• Experience:

  • 6 months recent verifiable tractor-trailer experience OR

  • 1 year in the last 3 years

• Minimum Age: 21

• Drug Testing: Urine & hair

• Medical Card: Required; current physical must be valid for at least 3 more months

• Endorsements:

  • Tanker required at application

  • Hazmat if job requires

  • TWIC preferred (or required if noted)

• Passport: Must have or be willing/eligible to obtain

• Motor Vehicle Record:

  • No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years

  • No major moving violations in last 6 months

  • No DOT-recordable accidents in last 12 months

• Employment History:

  • No more than 6 jobs in 3 years

• Criminal History:

  • No felonies in past 7 years

  • No lifetime violent or sexual offenses

  • No current probation or parole

• DUIs:

  • Max of 2 in lifetime; first must be 5+ years old

• Pets/Passengers: Not allowed
